Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Conveyr ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

You must meet the following criteria to use Conveyr:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by your local laws).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
• Not have a previously terminated Conveyr account due to policy violations.

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use Conveyr to:

• Post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Distribute spam, phishing messages, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without explicit written permission.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in any behavior that restricts or inhibits other users' use and enjoyment of the Platform.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform without our written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, and may be reported to applicable law enforcement authorities.

You retain ownership of any content (posts, images, videos, comments, stories) you upload or share on Conveyr ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Conveyr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the content.
• The content does not violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• The content complies with our Community Guidelines and these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice. We do not pre-screen content but may review it following reports from users or our automated systems.

All platform content, branding, logos, software, user interface designs, and other materials are the exclusive property of Conveyr or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or sell any portion of the Platform's proprietary content without our express prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Requests from law enforcement or government authorities.
• Behaviour harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conveyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conveyr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content and any claims that it infringes any third party's rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.
